Honestly one of those situations where the pollsters only looking at scores because they don't see all the games probably helps us. They'll see "oh, they lost by one score on the road"

Florida calls timeout with a 3rd down coming with 1:53 left after a player loses his helmet … announcers freak out because “why would they avoid a ten second runoff? That helps Texas!”

um, maybe because Florida really wanted to keep that player in the game instead of him sitting out a crucial 3rd down?

Now, Florida didn’t get the first and Texas has a few extra seconds with the ball back, true, but it was an obvious move to take the time out and keep your lineman in the game

This Texas Florida ending is wild. Arch Manning’s helmet comes off, so Chase Daniel comes in for Texas and throws a bullet of an out pattern for the first down.

Then Arch comes back in and nearly throws a game-ending INT.
