***2025 Week 2 (Sept. 5-6) CFB Games Thread***

Man asu really flubbed up but also showed they’re probably still good at home or on the road in less of a hornet’s nest. Those clanking bells, why would anybody agree to play there?

I don't think I've ever seen a home game by them but the bell thing is so bush league I hate them now.
I've been to a game there. It is annoying. Nobody in the SEC likes it, but they are use to it and just beat Bully as punishment. If you ever go to a Miss. State game: home, away or neutral - make sure you have ear plugs with you.

Miss. State hasn't won the SEC since 1941, so they were excited!
You might want to look at the last time ISU won a conference. I have no problem with the field storm, its the narrative that the SEC is so much better, and a win in their eyes should just be expected because they are so superior to anyone not in the SEC.

But again, its the Mighty SEC whooping up on the lowly B12, they should just expect to be so much better, because ESPN says so. Then to chant SEC SEC SEC while they storm the field. Its nonsensical.

Storming is one thing, its fine if they are excited etc. But to claim to be so superior then storm the field is hypocritical. You cant claim you are better for all the reasons, then lose your mind because you actually won. Was it a great win because you beat a great team? or was it a unimportant win because you are so far superior to them and should have won? I mean if you listen to the SEC Narrative, no B12 school should ever have a chance against any SEC team, so if you go by the narrative it was a unimportant win, not worth celebrating.

Its like the "over rated" chant, probably one of the dumbest chants on the planet. You are beating a team, so you are telling them they are over rated, so in turn you must be saying you arent any good because they lost to you and you are bad. The goal is to beat a high rated team... so you are better than said high rated team. Saying they are over rated is just making said win mean less.

You ok?

There's no way Rhule didn't know this (FYI this is Nebraska's punter who's from Australia)
You can't find a way to punt a few times in a massive blowout? What a ****

While that would be very on brand and kind of hilarious, they were at the game last week too, I remember seeing something about it.

Just make sure they have tickets to the Penn State and Iowa games
