Also helps that there is no football either. I'm kind of shocked the Big East isn't dominating because of this; huge advantage for paying basketball players.
Yeah, but they generally have smaller fan bases and don't have the revenue from football, so I'm not convinced they're going to have that big an advantage.

Anyone from Pella know more on Eric Mulder?

For an Iowa kid, he’s seemingly not gotten much attention. Now, or in high school

He may be 6’8” in height, but it looks like he’s got at least a few inches longer in terms of wingspan

The Big East schools in particular will get a $3.5 to $4 million bump in TV revenue on their new deal. Most of that will go to MBB salaries

Between that and donors, places like Creighton, Nova, St John’s, will be able to do nearly twice Iowa St

Watched the Lakers last night. Kept thinking I whole we can get a Jaxson Hayes type. Also Tamin to penetrate and flip it up to the basket for easy dunks would drastically cut down on Tamin’s wear and tear.

Completely agree! We need a lob threat center. On Jaxson Hayes, weird ISU or Iowa ever recruited him with his mom being from Jefferson and playing basketball for Drake and his dad playing FB at Iowa. I’m friends with his uncle and I know his recruiting blew up pretty fast after his junior year as he developed late.
