That’s just the rule. People lately take this thing way too ******* seriously, but it’s supposed to just be a fun rivalry thing. I think it makes sense to have an agreement that doesn’t penalize a team for someone getting hurt. Also winning due to an injury would feel pretty lame.

I mean the Ryder Cup has become one of the biggest sporting events in the world. It’s a pretty big deal.

I’d be surprised if it’s in the top 50 biggest sporting events in the world. I think it’s mostly just full of ***holes who think it’s the biggest thing in the world. It should be a fun exhibition, but it’s just not at this point.

These are Sunday numbers I think, but that would put them behind like any regular season nfl game of the last 20+ years just as a starting point.
