The collective bargaining agree the NFL Players Union has with the league is what makes it legal. It isn’t collusion when the involved parties agree to it. I do wonder though if some guys who hate school, and “school,” would opt to play a year year in the UFL (money aside) to just focus on football 24/7.Crazy that Jeremiah Smith would probably be a top 5 pick if he was eligible this year (probably the 2nd-3rd pick), and he has to spend another 2 years in college.
With the NCAA getting killed on every single court case, basically not allowing them to have any rules at all because of their "monopoly", how the hell does the NFL still get away with requiring players to be in college for 3 years before they can go to the league?
That's Shiloh. He's declaring bankruptcy to try getting out of a civil suit by a security guard he assaulted when he was in high school. Pure trash.Which one skipped out on his car payments?
Better than that stupid broccoli haircut most of these young kids have now.Dart has a mini mullet. Why is that a thing? Was lame in the 80s and 90s and is very lame now
U need to watch more high school baseball.Dart has a mini mullet. Why is that a thing? Was lame in the 80s and 90s and is very lame now
I don't know much about law, but it seems weird to consider guys not yet in the NFL to be "involved parties" when they're not allowed to be "involved". They not in the Players Union, so they have no say in the collective bargaining agreement. Not arguing with you, I agree that's why they get away with. I'm arguing with the ruling. Seems like a bad argument to me.The collective bargaining agree the NFL Players Union has with the league is what makes it legal. It isn’t collusion when the involved parties agree to it.
