One interesting thing is that he mentions in the letter that the budget will need to increase by $20 million in 2025. I am wondering if this means we will be closer to fully funding the entire $20 million. Everyone had thought we wouldn't come close.

That doesn't change what I said. The market for these kinds of increases is extremely questionable.

Department should probably look inward at expenses that went up in eras of rising media dollars before they were forced to share some of those revenues.

I’m confused how this statement makes sense, other than justifying passing the sales tax onto the fans rather than paying out of the AD’s budget

They probably have. I'm guessing that this wasn't arrived at without thinking about it.

If WeWill goes in-house, that may get 6-8 of the increase
