Love me some Ant. Go WOLVES!!

Wemby is a fascinating watch....at times I love his game, at times I hate it. He is a game changer on defense but sometimes you just see the media and announcers go over the top on his blocks....no ****, he's 7'-5"....and some times he fouls but the refs give him the benefit of the doubt because he's tall.

He had 15 rebounds, 12 blocks and luckily 0-8 from behind the arc.

I'd be frustrated watching Embiid and Wemby as a fan of their teams. Both great players, but the concession to take a high number of jump shots and even contested jump shots can really make them less effective.

and in the post game interview his first comment was he did poorly down the stretch. very humble.

He's not afraid to call anyone out, including himself.

He's got the personality, the backstory and the game to back everything up. I'm just a big fan of the way he plays and isn't afraid to take the fine and call ******** when he sees it.

Not sure I'd probably consider Edwards as humble, but maybe more like absolutely accountable as a leader of a team. I wouldn't trade him for anybody in the league.

I hope they never give him media/PR training. Just let him keep doing what he does and be entertaining.

I don't think any amount of media training would work as long as he keeps making enough to pay the fines. He didn't even turn it down for Obama when they first met.

SGA is such a boring superstar.

Did Tirico just say this is Marcus Smart's 115th post season game?

Why? You want OKC to score even more points? The Lakers can’t put another slow defender on the floor. I would’ve given them a better chance with a healthy AD than Luka in this series.
This is just all incorrect. I know it's the old hack... Luka's fat, slow, can't defend, etc. but reality is the Lakers were an average to slightly above average defensive team all year and he doesn't hurt a defense nearly as much as he helps on the other end.

The only way the Lakers, or any other team, can beat OKC is by dictating the pace/tempo of a game. That's how Denver pushed them to 7 last year because they could run everything through Jokic and then the Pacers might just have won that finals because Tyrese was putting on masterclass or controlling those games. There is literally no better player in the NBA at slowing a game down and dictating the pace than Luka Doncic. On top of that, playoff Luka has been a beast his entire NBA career. Also, Austin Reaves is so much better when he's not the lead guard and really needs Luka alongside him to thrive.

I don't think they'd beat OKC regardless, maybe win 1-2 games, but current AD (even healthy) doesn't move the needle all that much when your guards are this outmatched. That OKC crew of guards is just so good and seemingly never ending depth there.

Regular season defensive numbers are irrelevant when talking playoff basketball. It’s a completely different game.

Maybe Luka creates more offense. But it’ll take the ball out of the hands of LeBron that was amazing in the first round. So I don’t think youll know how much additional offense you’ll get.
