Tate has not shown anything to think he’s a top 15 guy. Dean has to be a solid favorite.

Maybe the injury he had prevents this but I’ve always thought of Bartelt being a bigger threat to Dean than Tate.

That rule must've changed. In the past it was adjudicated after all regular eligibility was used. The NCAA wasn't adding years when you still had eligiblity.

Hasn't been that way since at least 2016. I worked on some paperwork for medical redshirts back then.
