Virginia Tech was a team people were high on this year, but getting whalloped by Vandy. Pavia's fun to watch.
Maybe Clemson and Florida State rethink leaving the ACC after week 1.
It’s going to lead to lots of belly aching from the SEC when Clemson gets a first round bye in the CFP while someone like Tennessee/Ole Miss gets left out of the playoffs altogether. The SEC commissioner has already been pushing for no conference auto-bids and this only helps his case if the ACC has no worthy teams. If Miami loses to Florida, the ACC is in a world of hurt.

Edit to add that I hate the SEC but it feels like they have 5 teams that could probably win the ACC.
SIAP. Not sure how this is disallowed but straight up pay for play is?

OK State barred from using QR codes on helmets
The NCAA has blocked Oklahoma State from placing NIL-linked QR codes on its players' football helmets after the program announced the decision ahead of the Cowboys' Week 1 game against South Dakota State.www.espn.com
IMO they should all be able to have a personal Venmo account somewhere on their jersey or helmet. That seems to be more in the spirit of NIL than any of the current collectives and pay for play.I’d imagine that this is purely because the collectives are supposed to be separate from the athletic department. If this were a QR does that linked to the OSU athletics page, I wonder if that would be allowed?
They really just need to join the MWC and call it a dayJust sad seeing Oregon State with the PAC 12 logo still on the field followed by a graphic showing players (and coach) that left.
Goddam shame
