Parents were sitting in the seats next to the hoop.
I dont know how to embed a video, but this still of the video shows my point. He should not be allowed on the court. He was egging on Giannis waving a towel in his face. I am a Bucks fan and they would have lost to some team anyway

I don’t think the below will work
Edit. No worky

It is one thing to be proud of your son, but quite another to taunt Giannis on the court right after the game with a towel with your son's image on it.

This goes well beyond Halliburton. There’s been an epidemic of fathers of players getting too involved with players on the court lately. The league needs to rein this in before there’s another brawl.

Really wouldn’t expect this of Halliburton’s dad. A relative that worked our tunnel for CSC said the dad was always nice and chatted him up when he wanted to walk around, thanked everyone, including lowly security guys. Maybe the NBA has changed the father for the worse.

Maybe. More likely just an outlier where he got too caught up in the moment with his emotions; I'm sure he regrets it. Not a good look but Tyrese had a mature response.

emotions got the best of him after listening to Bucks fans screaming ‘overrated’ at his son and taunting him.
I am sure he regrets his actions in hindsight.

Yeah I don't get people defending Tyrese's dad. If it were anyone else they would be getting crucified. Let your son have his moment.
Yup, and instead of people taking about tyrese, they are all talking about his dad. Dumb move by the dad.

Just very sad, you won't find a bigger tyrese fan than me...but Giannis is without question one of the great players in the game right now and he has a championship...had a triple double and averaged like 30 and 15 this series...how about showing some respect and class, shaking his hand and saying great series instead.

I assume this was just a horrible lack of judgement. Just very unfortunate.

This was soooo freaking dumb to do. Haliburton's dad could have easily gone the other way and just shook his hand or gave him a hug and it could have been a great moment. Giannnis is a hall of fame player. Haliburton is great, but not at that level yet. What happened to adults having a little wisdom? Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING has to be a conflict these days.

FWIW both Tyrese and Giannis said 100% exactly what anybody would hope after the game in interviews including how they like each other. Tyrese called out his dad pretty specifically and that he needs to act different.

Tyrese knows his dad is a handful and Giannis definitely can be a grumpy loser (and Indiana really has their number for a couple years). Giannis had beef with lots of players, as did Porter, as did Trent.

If you erased Ty’s dad from existence…a bunch of Bucks still acted like total punks after loss to lots of players for no good reason while Tyrese wasn’t even around doing his tnt interview. The things aren’t mutually exclusive, his dad acted crazy and the Bucks team acted like sad punks including Giannis whom I do like.

Bucks fans did tempt karma with the constant harassment. I mean “overrated” man erased a massive last minute deficit TWICE in one game.

Pacers are 9-0 home playoff games since they traded for him.

Pretty good full game highlights up. Must watch for anybody who missed, not just for Tyrese taking over at end of 4th and end OT, but Trent Jr's shooting in 4th and OT is without exaggeration the most insane I've ever seen. For them to still lose with him hitting 9 threes in 4th/OT, and lose because he let a ball go through his legs, you cannot write drama better than that.

Wildest game I can remember in many years.

Also for any Cyclone fans who are just casual NBA fans, Haliburton isn't an all world defender but his defense and Indy's defense has gotten a lot better and you can see in these highlights with the block and the steal. AJ Green had a good game starting in the loss for Lillard too, you cannot give him space. He got beat on Tyrese's game winner but in the first half he had a few stops against him.

Haliburton least underrated player ever!!!!!!!!

Biggest clutch performance in playoffs this year!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!

He did it twice! Took over to force OT way down and took over to win it in OT way down.

Bi+ch Bucks trying to fight after Tyrese beat them senseless.

Bucks had a player with 9 threes after fourth quarter and still lost!

Trent Jr trying to fight Tyrese! Giannis trying to fight Tyrese’s dad!!!!

Insanity!!!! Bucks are biggest babies in sports history.

He been a cry baby since his early days playing the Noah Rose Bulls teams.

Glad someone posted the highlights from the game. Now we can talk about how spectacular a finish it was. Cool to see A.J. Green playing a big role too.
