The brunette with her face covered is the best. She could be a Cyclone fan. We've had those moments.

I dunno man, that Turner banked 3 was pretty wild

I know I was rewatching it and it’s so off with the angle and his momentum I almost wondered??? Like if it was equally off the other way it would’ve been an air ball by 4 feet.

Were that Steph, LeBron or Hali I’d buy it.

Caitlin Cooper is Pacers specific, but she's the best Xs and Os person I follow. She was the one who first called out the Mitchell/SGA strategy. I never had a great appreciation for the basketball part of the NBA until I followed her (and on patreon too). Tyrese has called her out in press conferences specifically for her insight.

I caught that one, she was fantastic. I started listening to Zach Lowe and the Bill Simmons podcast during this playoff run since my typical feed has been rinse and repeat of SEC playoff scenarios and very little TH historic playoff run talk ;).

Yeah, the fact it was Turner I’m like, no way he meant that right?

The Korean call was the best call on that shot. Reminded me of the Spanish announcer on the call for a soccer game a few yrs ago.

I'm sure that has a lot to do with it also. At the end of the day it's about money.

Selfishly, the Pacers are so much healthier this year but Nesmith's ankle is reason enough to not want every other day games. I can't see them winning series without him given they need him on SGA.

Jarace Walker is out with an ankle too and could be back by game 3. Only been playing a few minutes a game in playoffs but he actually had some big games second half of year.

Agreed. Indiana will need everything to go their way to win this series. Game 1 was a good start.

But I wonder how many he averages in a year? Or how many he had in the year he hit the most game winners.

I don't doubt that there's players with more than 4. I'm just curious how many.

And, as we all know, there are VERY few that have more than 4 in the playoffs. Ever. And Tyrese has 4 this year.
This is a really old article but has interesting statistics in it regarding game winners. Had no idea how much higher of a % of game winners Melo hit compared to other players.
