***2024 CFB Week 6 Games Thread***

What did you learn Osweiler? That the ACC is in the bag for the Hurricanes? Shut up.

Well, at least with Cal as my secondary team I’m getting all the hits to my nervous system my body expects but the Cyclones are denying me this season.

He's garbage which is fitting he gets these after dark games where most people don't hear his awful takes. Normally another guy does play by play with him and it's not Reece. Wonder what happened with that guy.

Watch highlights of end of Bama / Vandy. Surprised they had enough fans to take down the goalposts as they showed a huge chunk of the crowd and it was all Bama.

Just listening to the broadcast of Tech and Zona now. That color commentator just said Baylor almost beat Iowa State today…

I guess if you just watched the first half. Did you see the final score bro?

Yeah that wasn't very accurate I chalked it off to dumb announcer talk.
The game was entertaining enough though.

Watched the last 10 mins of the game and it looks really suspicious to me.

The game is super tight and I’ve seen several plays where Cal defenders seems to be not trying. I’ve seen Cal defenders walking, or giving up on plays. Looks like almost zero effort by Cal defenders where it almost looks like Cal is deliberately trying to lose this game.

The lack of effort by Cal’s defense just looks so over-the-top and so obvious that it looks fixed. I seriously feel like I’m watching WWE.

Not to mention an obvious no call on the targeting. What was I even watching??!!

At least we got losses on #’s 9, 10, and 11 today…should put us firmly at #13 later today…even tho we deserve to jump Miami too.

I can’t decide what is worse, the trash that is Miami the last two weeks or the entire ACC as a whole.

Just noticed Spencer Petras had 372 yards passing against number 21 Boise State. And a QBR of 166. Says a lot about EIU...:mccaffery:
Edit addition: The hok fans were right. Spencer finally looks like Jared Goff.

Cal’s defense was gassed horribly in the second half. Miami almost had the ball for 40 mins. Cal was scoring in big plays and a pick 6 which didn’t give their defense any time to rest.

Miami had 30 first downs compared to Cal’s 12. I think the larger issue was the horrible missed targeting and Miami’s go ahead TD should’ve been called for linemen downfield. They had guards blocking people 7 yards down in the end zone.

I think I’ve just heard the dumbest comment on college, wait, any football team I’ve ever heard. ESPN guy just said, “Michigan isn’t built to turn the ball over.” Who builds a football team to turn the ball over?
Teams with a quarterback and a desire to utilize the "forward pass".

Lazy commenting trying to pass as pithy.
