I am rooting for the gophers, just to see how the Iowa fan bases reacts to another rivalry loss.
They are facing a road trip to ohio state next week. They lose today there is a good chance they go into the game with Washington 2-3.

of course, IMO KF does his best when people are calling for their heads. What will probably happen is Iowa will win today and end up with 7-9 wins.

Matt Rhule is 2-25 against top 25 teams, hasn't beaten one since he was at Temple. He's never beaten a rated power conference team. It's crazy to think of the money he's racked up the last decade and never beaten a rated team.

thats a good point. other than Coopers fair catch issue last year, Iowa makes a living off these games.

I was seeing some stuff on Reddit today … Nebraska hasn’t scored in OT since 2014.

In seven OT games since then, during overtime Nebraska has run 27 plays for a net -20 yards, with four interceptions, zero first downs and zero points.

Even better, the last time they scored in OT? November 2014, when they beat Iowa 37-34 in OT at Kinnick.

I don't know if it's the OL or if Daniels is far from 100% or what, but the KU offense just doesn't have that shine from the last two years. Neal is a good back, that's about all they've shown me so far this year.
