Of course they are. Because Iowa doesn't play them the one year they're decently good. Instead, they get a godawful UCLA team. Luckiest program I've ever seen.

Agreed.

You have nebraska who has only beaten a bad media darling, and Illinois whose best win is a 1-2 kansas. And this game will likely prop up one of the two into the top 20
