Iowa beat 0-2 Troy and their 2nd/3rd team QB's. Gotta let them have their flowers

And they beat us without 4 out of our top 5 LBs... and 2 of our starting OL... oh wait... no they didn't!

Lots and lots of problems with this team as expected but man Kaleb Johnson is putting together a season.
This feels like a 8-4, 9-3 team where there will be a bunch of games that are ugly field goal fests and Kaleb will break one to win the game. Probably against like Wisconsin, Minny, and NW. Isn’t that how it usually goes?

He’s really good and will win a game or two for you.

Duh!
Florida State being bad will just make it more entertaining to watch them walk around trying to make the case that they are too good for the ACC.
They will shift to Texas’ mentality blaming the B12, or in their case the ACC, for their issues.

Way up there
Losing to Memphis @ Memphis in the Bowl was disturbing but maybe Memphis is better than I thought after today’s results. Preseason top10 FSU starts 0-3, wonder how many times that’s happened.
I heard them say FSU is the first team to do it losing to all unranked teams.

Georgias offense and defense look a little suspect. Kentucky runners find a little seam and weave their way to four and five yards.

Not sure why everyone tries to claim losing to G5 Memphis was a big knock against CMC. Anyone that watches and understands football recognized that 2023 Memphis was simply a better team than ISU, irrespective of conference.

UNI has actually had a few chances to hang around.

They keep screwing up.

It pains me but if I had a vote I’d probably put Texas #1.

Also I think we can put TCU in the top of Big 12 discussion with Utah/KSU/OKSt and hopefully us.

Nah, I'm not going with that. They were good. But not 0 rush yards good. They were prepared and good. We were just good. This year they are even better than last year.
