That one will haunt the Blues for a while. Up 3-1 with 2 minutes to play and blew it. On top of that, tons went wrong for the Jets that series and they couldnt capitalize...
- Hellebuyck still seeing playoff ghosts
- Scheifele knocked out in game 5 and missed games 6 & 7
- Ehlers out games 1-4
- Vilardi out games 1-5
- Morrissey only played 2 minutes of game 7
Winnipeg is an interesting place. It feels more like a Minneapolis/KC level of urbanity than it does Des Moines or Omaha.
Nope, NY Islanders win the Draft Lottery. Believe they had the 10th best odds going in.

I like the bottom right one a lot. The Mammoth itself is just too new looking, I guess.
Really like the logo. Especially like that they tied the Wasach Mountains into it, and did a better job of that than the Jazz did in the 1990s.
I like the logos. Although it would have been nice to have a color combo other than another blue and white team. Seems a lot of new teams are selecting that while losing the coyotes colors. Not picking there though.
My bigger issue is they will need a nickname. Mammoths just doesn’t roll off the tongue well. But I don’t see an easy shortening of this like you have with the Avalanche or Hurricanes.
