If Metcalf could pull this off, it would be the greatest steal of all time.
ISU has made the top 29 in what is a joke of a process.
It amazes me what kind of recruiter KD is, Kids absolutely love him. They know he has their backs, and that in turn makes them want to run through a wall for him. I know, I know, I am captain obvious here, but I am new to this program.
Curious as to why you call it a joke of a process? Surely you don't think a 16 yr old kid can't have fun with something very few in this world will ever have the chance at.
I’m just not a fan of the whole influencer thing. One of the worst trends in our culture.
Also, how stupid do you have to be to think UPJ and Air Force are actually in the mix? The whole process is about getting likes and is completely unserious.

Couldn’t agree more. Bo would look so good in cardinal and gold. And where he fits it would be so competitive and lots a talent along with David Carr. Really interesting to see what happens but to see this is really intriguing and knowing the narrative that Dresser has a set a high bar!
Talked to a guy last week from another school who is definitely in the know, and he confirmed that Lockett is legitimately in play, not just for ISU, but a few other teams as well. Thought it was interesting to confirm that from another non-ISU source.
Is he, or is this some project being driven by an over involved dad who is calling all the shots? I don’t know the specifics, but we’ve seen this story play out with kids like this many times before.I'll totally forgive him when he picks the Clones.

Taylor's style has not been a big hit thus far in Stilly, don't get me wrong, he will end up getting things going, but there are kids that do not like the idea of being controlled the entire time they are in college. ie. no beards, certain words you cannot say, etc. IF Dee does not choose Okie State, I promise you ISU is at the top of his list. He has a great relationship with the staff as does his dad. I was told ISU was where Dad wanted him to go, I cannot confirm that, just was I was told. PLUS Dee has a relationship with Perry (and pretty close with Carr)
The only PSU wrestler I can think of with a beard is RBY with a goatee.
Although pretty sure Cody Sanderson has a solid beard.
Lots of bad facial hair on the PSU roster. Many goatees, a few bad moustaches (looking at you Starocci), a couple beards.
I'd think Taylor is trying to establish his own culture there overnight. At PSU it's probably a self policing discplined program at this point. I still have my doubts on if Taylor is going to work they way they hope.
I’m pretty sure I saw a pic of a recent in home they were doing and both do, yes.
To play devil’s advocate, I don’t think either had facial hair in college though. They only started sporting the gruff after folkstyle.
That’s fair . I remember the old no facial hair rule and kids having their hair cut at weigh ins for being too long .
Usually done with the tape scissors from the first aid kit. That never went well.
