so you like a country that kills gays and treats women like dogs

Not at all. But if they wanted to hire me to try to help change their image… I’d take their money and do everything possible to make that happen.

Also.. I work in corporate American and the country that you described… sounds a lot like what’s going on in some corporations. Some don’t have a huge DEI presence and women don’t hold key positions in upper management.

Am I going to quit my job because I don’t believe in all their policies?? No.. But I’ll do everything in my power to help those causes.

This all assumes the Saudis want to change their country. They don’t. They want outsiders to think they’ve changed.

Of course it’s not ALL that matters… but it’s the #1 thing that does matter. If you believe any different you are living in an alternate universe.
Yikes. Looks like I need to check my universe map, I must have missed a turn somewhere.

If money doesn’t matter to you… I’ll match you right now on a We Will donation of 1k. Once you prove it.. I will follow.

Money does matter to me, but it’s not the #1 thing I take into account when making decisions, which is what you had claimed in your post. I don’t have the disposable income to donate 1k to anything willy-nilly, but that doesn’t mean I would just blindly accept a big check from a terrible organization even if it would help me and my family tremendously. A government who believes in women having no rights and LGBTQ people being executed, that sends assassination squads after their critics and then dismembers their bodies, isn’t an organization I’m going to take any check from.

What corporations stoning women for getting raped? I'll make sure to boycott them as well.

I used to like some of the LIV golfers too…. until they sold out for the Saudi’s.

Koepka has said he already regrets it. I’ll give him that, but too bad. Choices have consequences bud.
What is the consequence for joinig the LIV, exactly? I know, think, they've been sanctioned. But how much? Are they blacklisted for life now?

Glad Brooks choked it away, I don’t care about him being in LIV, just sounds like he sucks as a person.

Rahm is an assassin, he deserves a green jacket.
Why's that?

Not to be judgemntal or anything, on you.

It's going to be real interesting to see what happens going forward with LIV players and the Masters. With the Masters, if you look at the exemptions for guys playing obviously Phil, Louis, Bubba, Schwartzel, Sergio, DJ and Reed have lifetime exemptions. Beyond that:

Bryson has 2 years left on his US Open exemption, which is the only way he's qualifying now. Ancer and Varner got in because he ended last year in the Top 50 but will be out soon. Koepka's only there on his US Open and PGA exemptions which run out next year. Looks like unless you win a Major you're going to lose you spot pretty soon.

If they want to claim to have the best players in the world at these events, they better take a 2nd look at how LIV golfers can continue to get invites to the Majors.

Meh. I will say I liked having Brooks in the mix. Just as important as having someone to root for is to have someone to root against. But I don't think LIV had some grand showing. Reed and Phil played well on Sunday when they were well out of the lead and had nothing to play for. Brooks melted down. Beyond that, the guys that made the cut wound up +9, +8, +8, +6, +5, +4, +1, -2. Reed and Phil know the course and played out of their mind for one day. No one else, other than Brooks, really did much.
