I hope with all this 'upgrade over Gabe' talk, he proves everyone wrong. I get the concerns, we all saw it with our own eyes. Yet, I can't get the Wisconsin performance out of my visual either. Would be so cool if he could 'be that guy' a majority of the season. And w/a much deeper roster, especially of defenders, (and hopefully a shooter like Green) he could get more spot bench rest and also not feel a huge load on his shoulders to make a play.

Green wouldn't be for a while yet with NBA stuff, unless he doesn't get a combine invite I suppose

He could commit and still explore the NBA process. That’s what the Texas Tech big man transfer Aimaq said he was going to do to still get the feedback after announcing his decision today.

Gabe still has yet to announce he's coming back. And yes almost every 5th year player announces that they are coming back. It's expected.
He's still doing everything with the other players. It's a safe bet that he will be back next season.

Gabe was a bully on both sides of the court. I loved it.

Not when it was said he would play 2 seasons in Ames when he signed lol. He basically announced it at the beginning.

I'm talking about the Wisconsin game. That was the post I quoted. So yes I loved his offensive play that game.
Ohhhhhh, I thought the whole post, not just the part about the Wisconsin game. Agree.

Also, I don't think it's likely he's that for the whole season, though.

He also walked on senior day. Isn't on the scholarship chart on CF. And again hasn't announced he's returning like every single other player in the big 12 has. He's literally the only 5th year player in the conference that hasn't announced he's staying or going.

Definitely feels like he is waiting to see our guard situation for next year

I fully expect Gabe to be back but I don’t think it’s such a guarantee that he starts anymore

Neither were very good. I also find it weird that conditt highlights from pro games and Olympics make him look like a different guy. At isu he was a guy who could not even run. Now he is flying all over the place.

We didn't utilize conditt very well. He can be an offensive weapon but he didn't let him shoot or post up, merely jut used him at the top of the key to hold the ball, hand the ball off and pass the ball.
