NFL: ***2022 NFL Season Thread***

IF Mahomes can't play next week we are looking at a NY Giants @ Chad Henne led Chiefs Monday Night game. Woo boy.

As for the Tua and Watson talk, from a Dolphins fan, here's my $0.02.

Our GM, who has been in the organization since Dan Marino left, has never been a winner. The "rebuild" in which the Dolphins had 5 first round picks has resulted in the worst left tackle in the league (led league in pressures and he even missed a game) and a defensive back who is now a practice squad player.

Our head coach is a defensive-minded coach who trots out a bottom 5 defense in the league.

A grab for Watson would be the first time I'd seriously consider changing allegiances for good. It saves the GM and HC their jobs, which they deserve to lose, and it'll cost the Dolphins draft capital, which they so desperately need.

Tua is far from the issue.

As for what I'd like to see the Dolphins do, my preference would be play out with what you got, force the GM and HC they can win with what they put together for what was a high-expectation season.

Trade Xavien Howard, Will Fuller, and Devante Parker for whatever you can get and keep building that draft capital.

Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Bears aren't that good to begin with but add in the injuries and players missing with COVID you knew this was going to be a total beatdown. Maybe the Bucs will score 70 and the Bears fire everybody. One can dream...

That Arizona offense has to be terrifying to go up against. So difficult to scheme against.

Will see if it comes to fruition but the weather for the Colts @ 49ers game is suppose to be brutal. Pretty heavy rain and really windy.

Looking like two successful fake punts and a successful onside kick still isn't going to be enough for the Lions to get their first win of 2021.

Appears Adams out for Thursday Night vs. Arizona. Packers Defensive Coordinator is as well. Packers & Bears both having COVID issues right now:

I would put down $50 that if I started on the 50 yard line, and Metcalf started on the other goal line, that he would beat me to the end zone.

Marshawn Lynch dropping an F bomb on the Manningcast is one of the most expected outcomes you could have. Lol. Who's bright idea was it to not have a 6 sec delay?

Oh well, it's not network TV so no harm done.
