***2022-23 CFB Bowl Games Thread***

SMU driving to try to tie BYU. 20 seconds left SMU on BYU 12 yard line. On ABC.

Nothing like a Myrtle Beach Bowl on a Monday Afternoon. Marshall vs. UCONN now on ESPN.

Eastern Michigan down 13-0 early scores 30 unanswered to be up 30-13 at the Half over San Jose St.

Liberty U. offense reminds me of Iowa State's offense.
Yes....I'm bitter because I picked them in my pool......wow, they suck.

Thier pass defense is straight trash.

Liberty with a very Iowa State way to capitalize on a recovered fumble inside Toledo’s 10. Decent run followed by a TFL, incompletion, holding penalty, false start, and missed field goal. LOL

Their defensive backs don't cover anyone! It is like classic McCarney era 5 yard bubble coverage. It is embarassing.
I'd take that number 11 if he'd transfer over to us.

Toledo was the better team but Liberty made it interesting at the end (21-19). Liberty kicker also missed as short FG and an XP that would have really helped them.

Surprised looking at bowl games to see New Mexico State qualified for a bowl. They dropped 5 of their first 6 games then went 5-1 the rest of the way.

They were 5-6, got a waiver from the NCAA because of the cancelled game, then went out and added Valparaiso (2nd FCS opponent) the last week of the season to get to 6-6.

Pretty good numbers especially the Saturday ones consideing there were NFL games they were going up against:

Bet Baylor & Air Force didn't expect to be playing in a Bowl Game in Texas when it's 13 degrees outside.
