2021 Ryder Cup

if Rahm/Sergio can keep it to where Sergio hits the approach iron shot and Rahm does the putting they'll be in great shape to win the match. The more puts Garcia has to make the better off the Americans will be.

(though as a type this Sergio hits a pretty decent put)
Sergio is just so solid in this format. has been forever.

He's smart enough to give up a shot to go at a pin to allow his teammate to get a better aspect of his game involved. That 2-3-3 was a huge positive for their team and now they're coasting until Rahm has to hit a long iron in.

Spieth is playing pretty well, he should play again in the afternoon. Thomas should probably play as little as possible.

I haven’t seen every shot, but Spieth has left quite a few out there too, and he has hit some bad shots off the tee. Neither are playing well, really.

I started watching about the sixth hole I think so I missed the earlier holes but he's played pretty well the last four or five holes.

Or maybe it just looks like he's playing well compared to Thomas

Shocking that the #1 player in the world is putting on a show with a fellow Spaniard.. 3-1 after the morning is the goal

This is the Europeans best event so even a split isn't all bad, though obviously leaves no margin for error
