I think it's smart to hold off playing the STL vs. MIL game tonight due to the Marlins screw up, but you're not going to be able to have any sort of sustainable season if you cancel a game over a positive test or two.

The season is not being cancelled because of this though.

Espn is saying multiple players tested positive.

Oh really? I saw a tweet that said one member of the team. I do wonder what the point of having the player pool if they're just going to cancel games.. I'm sure the Marlins debacle is causing every team and the league itself to be overly cautious.

MLB has been playing for little over a week, and now we have 2 teams already cancelling games because of the virus. There is no way in hell we will be playing college football this season, as much as it pains me to say.

Jamie Pollard came out and said that we should all be ready for games to be cancelled / postponed. He said that's just the reality of it. He did say there will be measures in place for those cancelled / postponed games though.

Just send the Blue Jay's to play in Milwaukee and have the Cardinals play in Miami. St Louis and Miami can just keep playing until every player and coach contracts the virus and then sits out 2 weeks.

It's actually perfect in the fact that the Phillies and Marlins start again in a 3 games series against one another on Tuesday.

The Post Dispatch in St. Louis saying it was 2 pitchers that got the virus, the team is staying in the hotel in Milwaukee to stop the spread to other team members. No game tonight, plan on playing the game on Saturday and then a double header Sunday with 2 seven games.

Heard Bob Nightengale on DP this morning say he expects the regular season to be shut down before long. They’ll take a 2 week break and then start playoffs with every team qualifying. The Marlins outbreak started with one player going out to a nightclub in Atlanta. They think it was then spread to the others on their plane.
