It really doesnt. What it proves is that it took a starter being out for injury for all Big 12 games, another being sent home for the last 8 games, a bench big being out all season and another guard missing 6 games while having a really young group around them to happen in the same season that KSU had 2 players who will have their jerseys hung in their rafters be seniors together along with a third 1000 point scorer and another team having a local relatively unheralded recruit develop into a lottery pick in his sophomore season. It took ALL of tbat for KU to finish 3rd.

Oh, FFS, Self didn't even want Vick on the squad this year. Only took him back when Adidas failed to land a better recruit.

And your point is what? He was our 2nd best player, averaging 14 points a game. You think KSU is in 1st if Dean Wade missed 6 additional games? They were 0-2 without him.

No but Dean Wade plays a much more important role for KSU than Legerald Vick for KU. That’s not at all apples to apples. Let’s not pretend like Wade is the only important player on KSU to go down this year as well. Really just sounds like sour grapes from you.

No one. There’s a reason why KU’s next class is #8 in the Big 12. Money dried up!
You guys are aware that the recruiting season runs until May 15th, right? Kansas rarely has recruits sign early as recruits wait to see what roster spots are available. And with the number of players I suspect return, KU wont have many spots to fill.

So, since Lawson sat a year already, do you think he'll be back for a senior season?

No idea. If he comes back, great. If he leaves I think KU lands Matthew Hurt, #7 in the Rivals 150. He's skinny but he can drain threes and will fit better next to Dok than Lawson did.
