Yes I agree that we have really differentiated ourselves with the I-State.
Has anyone noticed one of our variations on cy looks a lot like Louisville's logo.

I've thought about this and there is a point to be made that it doesn't fit Indiana State or Illinois State like it fits Iowa State.
Illinios and Indiana, while both starting with the letter I, don't start with the Long I sound like Iowa does, and like the pronounciation of the letter "I" does.
So when you say "I State" you are really saying "I(owa) State" in abbreviation. You can't say "I State" and get Illinois or Indiana out of it because of the way their states are actually pronounced.
Idaho State could make the claim, but they're not regional and much less well known nationally.
