Need some home remedies or tried and successful options for getting dog and cat hair off couches and chairs. We’ve tried vacuuming and various products that say they remove all the hair but have yet to find something that actually does a great job.

Any ideas? Can be home remedies or products. Thanks!

If you’re my parents, you do slipcovers most of the time because not much works.

Or serious note could reverse roll duct tape and keep doing that until it fills up and repeat until satisfied. Home remedy is always duct tape.

We have large labs and leather is the way. Gotta pay for the higher quality though, and covers.

I'll second this - first product that's done a decent job and doesn't cost a fortune like the giant lint rollers. We're on our second one - first one started to fade after 3 or 4 years.

Either learn to accept it or don't get an animal that sheds. Speaking as someone that owns two Goldens and a cat. Everything is covered in hair.

I come to realize all dog breeds should end in doodle. Just for the lack of shedding alone.

Our Dyson Vacuum came with an attachment similar to those above. I don't remember the model number, but it was billed as "The Animal" for pet hair. It worked pretty well, but the hard floors and leather couch works better.
