***OFFICIAL 2026 WEATHER THREAD***

Got the garage floor done on Monday. It's been the perfect few days to be able to leave the garage door open and park the cars outside while the floor cures. Painting the walls today and plan to move stuff back in tomorrow night. Really lucked out this week.

We were talking last night, about all of June has been about as good as it can be. Lot of rain, but lots of 70s and not-humid and breezy too. Lot of perfect days this past month.

Agree completely! We’re talking among friends and said that we all agreed that this might be one of the best months of June that we can ever remember! (as long as we all ignore the final few days of the month, which look like we’ll be feeling some horrible humidity! At least we’re not in Florida or Houston, where it is like that every day for like 5-6 months!)

Here we go El Nino says hello. That June rain was wonderful but those days are over it appears.

I thought El Niño was what brought the wet June to the Midwest. Isn’t that the normal pattern where El Niño is wet and La Niña is dry in the Midwest?

But I’d take 95 and dry over 95 and humid. Even if that means brown lawns.
