House of the Dragon

(Inner dialogue...did I incorrectly like season 2? Was I not supposed to like it? Make up for what?)
I liked it too. But I love this genre and would watch most any of it happily.

But season 2 was kind of lifeless and uneventful. Everything felt like a stretched out story to set up future episodes. And the pacing was really weird at times too.

I saw something about this season being the first perfect 10/10. Maybe it was just the first episode they were referring to? But I’m pretty sure I read season.

Wow...

I think and hope the aftermath will be discussed in future episodes, but I really don't know who actually won the Battle of the Gullet....besides Sheepstealer.
Was thinking the same thing at the end. Both sides were decimated.

The dragon queen lost a dragon and her heir and a ton of ships and her navy commander. The greens lost a bunch of ships and some mercenaries.

Probably a loss for the dragon queen.

While yes, she loses an heir and a dragon, they have a lot of dragons. Now they just have to be willing to use them.

Most of the time, when lead characters in this series are killed off, you don't see it coming.. However, it felt obvious that Jace was heading to his end when he went to The Gullet.

This continues to be, by a significant margin, the best show currently on television/streaming!

I was convinced it would end up being friendly fire that did it, though.
