Thinking about trying Homeland. Didn’t have Showtime back when it was on. I know it won awards and had great reviews. Any thoughts?
Just watched it, it was alright. Series was better and they should've done another season instead of a movie in my opinion.
Justified is one of my all time favorite shows. Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins were fantastic in it.

The first season is fantastic. The second is a bit less so. The quality falls well off after that.
I don't recall who specifically brought attention to Project Hail Mary on here, but HOLY SH!T what a phenomenal movie!!! This is why I love this thread!
BTW - if you're old like me (58) we finished season 2 of Four Seasons on Netflix. Quick episodes, pretty decent. Clearly aimed at old people like me.

Same here. Based on recommendations in this thread, I started the first episode about a month ago. I stopped watching after the first 10 minutes, thinking that it just wasn't what i was looking for. I picked it up again this past friday and finished the last episode sunday. Really good! Really love Offerman's character. I find this series similar to Schitt's Creek in that no conflict carries on for too long...things get resolved and they move on to the next thing. Highly recommend.
Any "Fallout" fans here? We just finished season two last night. Enjoyed it but man do they have a lot of storylines going on! Need to tighten it up a bit.

Finished up The Boroughs last night. Nothing earthshaking, but a fun/light entertainment series.
Started Margo tonight and I have to say that other series makers should study this one, as they pack a ton into episode 1 so that by the end, you feel like you know something about the characters and the entire setup. Most of the time, we don't feel that way until the third or fourth episode.

What are you talking about? You do one or two main quests, then every sidequest one at a time while you explore the map then back to the main quests. Easy.
Having read Project Hail Mary there are so many key story lines that didn’t make the movie.
Enjoyed the movie, but that story would’ve been perfect for a mini series just due to so many little details. But far more money in movies!!

Probably just addressing the fact that you can have a quest list as long as your arm, which can feel disconcerting to the easily distracted.
I’m just joking. I’m incredibly anal about completing any sidequest as soon as it’s assigned.
