I don’t have twitter so I’m dumb about this but who are these people who try to do this? Just people chronically on the internet trying to put the pieces together so they can say they are an insider or is there actually others besides mineo who magically has insider info on every program?

On some level, you're both right. A factor is Iowa fans are high in number, defensive, and sensitive. So anything to do with Iowa plays well for schmucks like this guy.
Mineo is a clown. He's been trolled and exposed by a few programs feeding him bad info. Heck, last year he was caught using a burner account to mess with a guy in the portal. It's insane how many people worship him.
