I think Tourewill be pushing 30 but otherwise I agree with youLast year it was certain Jefferson, Tamin, and Milan would get about 30 minutes a game. Other than Milan, I not sure this roster has guys that will play that much. Time will tell.

But it does mean he’ll look at other offers as well.I see him doing everything and anything to get a path to the NBA this season. Entering the portal is the necessary safety net with this being the last week to make the decision.
I don't see him playing anywhere in college next year
If he doesn't and for some reason decides he is withdrawing a couple weeks he still has options. Sucks for TJ and the team, but it is what it is.So Milan is gone regardless basically? Why enter your name in the transfer portal if you’d come back to college if you aren’t coming back to Iowa State
If I were him or any player, I'd want to keep all options open until things shake out.So Milan is gone regardless basically? Why enter your name in the transfer portal if you’d come back to college if you aren’t coming back to Iowa State
I've thought since he first announced he was putting his name into the NBA draft that it meant the most likely scenario with anything but a first round grade that Milan will be playing college basketball in somebody else's uniform next year. Signing the first four visits of targeted guys on the first portal weekend was an indicator the staff had an idea the Milan money wasn't something they were likely sitting on. Hopefully they can still sign Prather and find a piece to do a bit of what Milan did for ISU.But it does mean he’ll look at other offers as well.
Seems like he’s saying he’s done here regardless.
$$$...it's the way of the world now.So Milan is gone regardless basically? Why enter your name in the transfer portal if you’d come back to college if you aren’t coming back to Iowa State
The staff needs to do better than him, Bully and Bond as Milan's "replacement". Will be interesting to see if they now pursue a better CG/Wing portal option than those 3.So Prather is the backup to Milan basically.
You’ll be able to tell quickly I think - if Prather commits today you’ll have your answer. If more visits are scheduled, then it’s the opposite. The staff needs to do better than him, Bully and Bond as Milan's "replacement". Will be interesting to see if they now pursue a better CG/Wing portal option than those 3.
I would say a two-headed replacement (platoon) at the ‘3’ with Bond and Prather makes sense. They have very different skill sets that complement each other. So Prather is the backup to Milan basically.
That just the way it works now - I think everyone who enters the draft is technically putting their name in the portal as well.So Milan is gone regardless basically? Why enter your name in the transfer portal if you’d come back to college if you aren’t coming back to Iowa State
He will be one some other college team next year.I mean if Milan opts out of draft and goes elsewhere that’d be a real nut punch but that tweet basically reads like he is done with Iowa State
This basically tells me Tamin will be the final jersey we hang In the rafters.I've thought since he first announced he was putting his name into the NBA draft that it meant the most likely scenario with anything but a first round grade that Milan will be playing college basketball in somebody else's uniform next year. It's a new age and I'm still trying to get in the swing of it. It would have been awesome to cheer Milan next year but I'll root for who I have.
Think so too. We will never have a high level player stay in Ames 4 years again, until the NIL landscape makes a big change. This basically tells me Tamin will be the final jersey we hang In the rafters.
