Um, aren't we semi blue blood at least?if JJ has a blueblood jersey on, he's easily a 1st teamer.

No. Nothing we've done in March warrants us being in that conversation.Um, aren't we semi blue blood at least?
Hate to say it but gotta get past the Sweet 16 to really be considered something in that realm. Too many people around the country see ISU as that team that always has a good resume but can't be trusted in the dance.
JFC Darryn Peterson would be a coaches nightmare. Unless him and his agent can present very long and complete explanations (with contract guarantees) of how his "Ican'tplaytonightitis"will be cured by entering the NBA, I would avoid him like the plague.Yeah, same with Caleb Wilson, even though he obviously played in more games.
I'm just glad Darryn Peterson didn't get rewarded. Phenomenal talent, but he checked himself out of too many games. He's like the anti-Tamin
I've seen him generally project late first round. Probably won't be as effective in the paint and will have to develop his game more on the perimeter. He'll definitely need to improve his handle against NBA defenders. Still, a strong 6-9 guy with great footwork who can shoot, pass, and defend will have a long NBA career. A similar comp, I think, is Kyle Anderson with a much better shot/offensive game.NBA fans, is he a first rounder or is he too old by NBA standards?
A lot were definitely hard on him, but that also comes with the territory of being the star player. We all "hated" JJ at points throughout the season.
W/o him we woulda been at best, mediocre.
I've always been a strong supporter of "Great young Cyclone athletes."
Josh is one of many.
Absolutely not.We all "hated" JJ at points throughout the season.
Shouldn't have said, "all," but damn he got abused on threads, BIGTIMEAbsolutely not.
Every yr is someone. Big Rob Energy, was that way, not the same player as JJ but he played to the best of his abilities and had a heart of a lion. Matt Thomas was rode like a pony by this fan base until his Jr and Sr yr. Whipping boys are popular even though 99.999% of the people bitchibg couldn't do what the player is doing.Shouldn't have said, "all," but damn he got abused on threads, BIGTIME
Jefferson has been by far our best player to receive the treatment he got. It has to be because he doesn’t show emotion.Every yr is someone. Haggerty HM and Milan not is ridiculous.PJ Haggerty an honorable mention as a complete empty stats 3-time transfer for a team that had their coach fired before the season ended as an honorable mention is a joke
My favorite is he doesn’t care. Second favorite is he turns it over too much even though he has a better A/TO ratio than Niang, Royce, Kane, etc. There will a few 'doesn't even care's Friday when it's a tight game, probably assumptions that he let the AA thing go to his head and is thinking about the NBA, etc.
Then if ISU pulls away his line will be like 20/8/6 with 2 turnovers.
I did not hate him at any point in the season, but I agree with the rest.We all "hated" JJ at points throughout the season.
