Did anyone else not know they were still a thing?
Unfortunately those were done in the hay day of wrnl, the originals. There was a sharp decline in content and humor when the new guys took over wrnl.
I can’t remember the last time I actually read a full article by them. And some of their humor was cringe.
I was confused!
In Nebraska, the N on the helmet stands for kNowledge, so the W in the WRNL might stand for K. Something like that. It's a Welsh thing: The vowels are A,E,I,O,U and sometimes W and Y. At least, that is how I was taught in kindergarten. Not sure about the consonants in NE? / sarcasm
