Yes. He’s not worth investing in as a QB1 and not worth bringing in as any sort of backup situation. Just an obvious locker room cancer.
Honestly I would take Quinn Ewers or Will Howard over Sanders maybe even Kyle McCord too. They all seem better suited to run a pro style offense. None of these guys strike me as franchise QBs and I think Sanders falling as far as he has so far when teams that have a need at QB have passed him up 2 or 3 times already is an indications they feel like they can fill other needs and hold off on QB then ride it out another season when next year's draft will have more QB talent to offer.

Maybe he is a CFL all time great.

Is Colorado's Athletic facilty big enough to house all the retired jerseys of their players drafted in round 3 or better?

Boy that is a reach, the Athletic had him rated as a 3rd to 4th ranked DL, 15th in their grouping. I get its a need pick, but there was better value out there then Lott.
The Chiefs have done pretty well in the draft for awhile now so guess they see something in him. They have a need for DT depth after losing some guys on the DL this offseason. I do like their 1st round pick at LT though.
