Been told by one of their assistant wrestling coaches that he has a very hard time putting on weight. His metabolism is too high

He might come in day one 20 lbs heavier but being in the room every day..
Know a guy who did this one year. He said it’s a complete beating and you do sacrifice a little in both sports.

What is the deal with Christian Carrol? I had heard he left for personal reasons, and we were all on good terms. I heard he was a hot mess trying to cut weight, and at times would have break downs over it. Does he want to go HWT? He is a hard card to read.
If we want to beat iowa next year we need AJ. As much as we dont like him, hes a guaranteed top 3 finish at NCAAS. We can keep getting transfers like feldkamp and bockman. But guys like that are not locks to AA. AJ is a winner and ISU needs winners right now
Yeah I think its a bit of a mystery for everyone, but I imagine HWT is his preferable weight if he had issues with cutting. I'm curious to see where he ends up at.
Beating Iowa and OKST.. I'm trying to come to peace with that not mattering anymore. Maybe I'll just to cheer for the individuals that want to be here. Would be good for the blood pressure.
I'm not saying CC is an AA guy. At this point OkSt is really going to be PSU where they just have AA's sitting on the bench at every weight....unreal what a different coaching staff and a boat load of money does to a program

Right now they have Doucet at HWT for next year, he’s probably R16-R12 quality so why not see what Carroll could offer at heavyweight?
