***Official 2025 NCAA Tournament Thread***

I think if I were a coach (which is probably 1/354 reasons that I'm not) I'd have my guys face 7-8 defenders in practice to prep for teams like Houston that make it feel that way.

Tennessee is in real trouble. They weren't known for being an offensive powerhouse this season and Houston has largely been able to handle whatever it throws at them, and their defense, which is their strength, outside of a few minutes largely hasn't been able to stop Houston. That's a bad recipe for them.

A little depressing watching all these top teams playing at full strength this late in the season.

I find myself liking Sampson more and more.

He's a bit like Saban. In that last time out when asked about how things are going and he just says something like 'well, it worked but they'll go off for 10 in no time'.

He knows how this thing goes.

The whole “cheater” narrative is so stupid and overblown too.

It takes some luck.

Houston wasn't in that position a year ago.

And before anyone says it, they play about 8 deep, with three starters at 30ish minutes including in bye games.
