I apologize for the mistake. I’m too young to remember Berryman, what’s the story there?
So many Berryman stories. Guy was a freak, but very troubled. Not quite “Lawrence Phillips” troubled, but troubled.
He spent 6 months in jail for stealing a cell phone and $2. Tell me that that is the whole story. That’s probation at most, there had to be other things hanging out there. He served his time and came back and played for Mac. Freshman DPOY I believe. Wasn’t the same after that. Can’t remember if he had more issues later and just disappeared or what.
Well…he’s not with us anymore, I know that.
Kinda remember that now. He was a little lucky that not everything was so accessible or people might have found out what all the situations were. Never heard of that harsh of a sentence for that supposedly being a first.
I think the point being made is that people seem to be taking a stand against someone because said person is thought to be unbecoming of Iowa State athletics as if Iowa State athletics has never taken a chance with seemingly troubled individuals or been a place for second chances. That’s just simply not grounded in reality.
That’s fair. Iowa was his second chance though. Iowa State would be, at the very least, his third.

It's her side of the story. Accusations of him being gay, living with an older sugar daddy, allegedly the real reason he got booted from tOSU was bc he had a gay only fans account and he didn't clear with compliance. She shared a pic of some bruises on her neck. And then her dad chimes in and it's a lot of rambling.

Other schools aren’t touching him with a 10 foot pole. There’s a reason for that: he’s bad news. Here’s to the AD stepping in and nixing this idea, as others have done.

Anyway, if we bring in Anthony at least he will have something in common with AE as he was exposed to be doing some gay sruff online awhile back.
That group definitely has some good info, but Pat Mineo is a real piece of **** and runs the group as such.
Hmm will be interesting to see what happens when the dust settles, if AJ is to Iowa then I’d have to think we are going after Elam/Novak/ Little?
