lol, $1.6M is not modest for Eastern Iowa - it's a bit hard to spend more than that.

This isn't his house (it's been on the market for a couple months) - but $1.6M will get you 6000 sq ft on 3 acres:

If true, that's a good hire by Iowa. Their commitment to getting players is still a problem. McCollum always had the best players in D2, and let's face it, the Valley isn't a powerhouse league to succeed in for one year. It will be worth watching, I think we will see pretty quickly if Iowa pushes their chips in here. I am pretty sure McCollum is a better coach than DeVries, but this style of play isn't common at the high P5 level for a reason.
