Ross was in Ames tonight...I yelled at him from across the hall that he looks good in Ames...he smiled...I think that about locks up his commitment
On Jax Forrest instagram he deleted his visit with Iowa state. So that’s probably a no go on ever landing Jax Forrest. I didn’t think it would happen but definitely is someone that takes your program even a step further.

I am curious how he will mesh with teammates. Not sure PSU will cater to him. I think Iowa, Rutgers and many others will. Not sure on Ok State
If the rumors are true, Rutgers offered his dad a spot on the staff, nobody else is doing that. It's a genius move if true, because they will get Melvin too.
Agree. Wherever he goes becomes the Bo Show. I really think Rutgers is such a likely choice. They’ll become Bassett U for him and bring his dad in as strength coach and everything he wants. Iowa won’t go quite as far, but brings so much more allure, tradition, coaching, etc.
I don’t think that works at PSU or OSU.
I said Rutgers, Penn St, OSU, and Iowa in order. I think he likes the tradition at PSU, but he is really close to DT. Rutgers lean as well.
Rutgers is my guess. Thankful the ISU coaching staff looks at the bigger picture and team players.

Bassett family could move the whole bishop team to Rutgers U and they’d all be immediate starters. Makes sense to just overhaul the existing roster with that high school team
