Florida with a first place vote? That's just weird. I get that they walloped Tennessee, but they have no business getting a single first place vote.

This is voter who ranked Florida #1. Also has Tennessee #3, but last week had UF ranked #11. Obviously, he gave Florida much more credit for the win than "punishing" UT.

Wow, We have a great opportunity to beat a blue blood Top10 KU team and get a road win against a Top25 ish WVU team. That game is going to be brutal and you know is circled by the coaching staff.

Auburn has two top 25 games to play this week also without their best player. going to be interesting for sure.

Yeah. This dude obviously thinks Tennessee is better than they are. Tennessee has two ranked wins by big margins, but also a 30 point loss. We have two ranked wins, one by not as big of a margin as Tennessee, but we only have a 2 point loss. Tennessee is not as good as Iowa State, and ranking them #3 seems flat out silly considering Auburn, Iowa State, and Florida are obviously better than them on paper.

They should move up to #2, but I could see Duke passing us and we stay #3. Duke has won by bigger amounts, Flagg had insane numbers last game and Auburn's only loss is to Duke and because it's Duke. I hope I'm wrong.
They beat terrible ND team by 8 at home.

Don’t really have a problem with one person voting Duke #1. They do have that head to head win over Auburn and their losses are not bad by any means (KU and UK on neutral site).

I’d say our wins overall are more impressive but I get it.

Suspect that if we handle business this week we may get some #1 votes if Auburn struggles but their head to head over us is legit.

Schedules this week for top 5. I included a “ranking” if an opponent got votes in the poll.

1. Auburn
(15) Mississippi State
at (23) Georgia

2. Iowa State
(9) Kansas
at (28) West Virginia

3. Duke
Miami
at Boston College

4. Alabama
(21) Ole Miss
at (8) Kentucky

5. Florida
Missouri
Texas
Top three have brutal schedules this week and Duke has a cakewalk in the horrible ACC.

Duke will eventually end up number 1 later on in the year because of the Charmin soft terrible conference that is the ACC. Everyone else plays in a conference with a pulse so will likely take a few Ls.
Spot on, they will beat mid teams like UNC, Louisville, Clemson, and Pitt, and these will be touted as big wins.

The ACC is two ply. That's an insult I say when I play hockey if someone is soft.

How much would we beat Notre Dame by at home if we played?

Wasn't this the logic used to claim SEC Superiority in football?

They will get a pass because they played Kentucky, Auburn, Kansas and Arizona in the non conference.
They will win the ACC and the ACC tournament easily and will probably get the overall 1 seed IMO
The ACC is as bad as I can ever remember and that is with adding more teams. I mean its like Miami, Notre Dame, Virginia, Syracuse, North Carolina, Louisville gave up on basketball lately.

I still stunned that Houston is ranked where they are, zero good wins and have lost to any team with a pulse. How they are in the top ten is a mystery.

Looking forward to you guys knocking Kansas back on Wednesday
Computers love Houston's metrics and many pollsters have openly stated that they take that into account
