What will Iowa state be ranked?

They should move up to #2, but I could see Duke passing us and we stay #3. Duke has won by bigger amounts, Flagg had insane numbers last game and Auburn's only loss is to Duke and because it's Duke. I hope I'm wrong.
The ONLY way is if Duke gets too much love.
There is a slight chance Duke jumps us but I doubt it. We have the longest win streak and haven't lost recently. Recency bias and then loss ranking seem to drive AP ranking. If you lost recently, especially ugly like Tennessee, then you will drop, and then it goes to loss ranking. Duke has one more loss than ISU so I think they will still stay below us.
Lots of AP voters dont pay much attention. They will get a ton of ESPN Dukekake. And Cooper Flagg scored 42!
And they will see ISU needed OT to beat Tech.
80% duke is 2nd, if i had to handicap it.

We will be #2 but likely without a single 1st place vote. My guess is we edge out Duke by 25 votes. As badly as Duke beat Pitt (who isn't very good anyway), they only beat a horrible Notre Dame team at home by 8. ISU should be #2.
You can't really give us any #1 votes with our loss to Auburn who will be #1. Heck I could see Duke getting #1 votes because of reasons I listed already above.
We'll be #2 with Auburn at #1 and I don't have a problem with that. Auburn has the H2H over us.
Here are my guess, by percentage:
1) 50% chance ISU will be ranked #3, still, behind Auburn and Duke.
2) 30% chance ISU will be ranked #2, behind Auburn.
3) 20% chance ISU will be ranked #4, behind Auburn, Duke and Tennessee.

I could see Duke jumping us because the National Media loves Duke. I think it will be more of a deal if it's between us and Duke for the number 1 spot. I would expect them to have Duke Jump us if it was for number one. This week it's not though.
Prediction:
Iowa State will be #2, but gap in points between ISU and Duke will narrow. (Last week, it was 1,369 to 1,309). And, Duke probably gets at least one vote for #1 (ISU won't).

Duke has a cakewalk to a 1-seed. They're genuinely good (and fun to watch) and they're going to run through what the ACC has become.
It wouldn't be that outrageous, considering Duke beat Auburn and Auburn beat us (and Duke's 2 losses were Top 10). I don't think it should or will happen, but it wouldn't stun me.
Outside of Duke, the ACC is very bad this year. They don't have a single ranked opponent left versus 4 for us, three of which are on the road.
Definitely won't be behind Tennessee. Florida will be ahead of them.
