How is Lamar Jackson not the MVP again this year? His stats are ridiculous. Over 3,900 yards passing, 43 total TDs, 4 INTs. Unreal. Shouldn't even be a discussion IMO.

They are redesigning the central plaza atound the PopTarts Bowl Trophy.
There will be a PopTarts outlet store on one of the corners of the promenade where fans can buy a box (or ten) to toast in the trophy.
Fans are, naturally, also allowed to bring their own PopTarts from home. Of course, in a clear plastic bag.
There are unverified rumors of a WeWill PopTarts flavor available at the store, but check with @brentblum on that.

I believe the plan is a complete reconstruction of the entire stadium, at least thats what I thought was the plan. I am guessing this is just the start of demo.
Edit: here is the plan as far as I have seen. Some things may have changed in the plan since this, initial announcement.
