ISU vs Ball State Pregame

He did say Steyer and Schaben had been working on Tennessee in an earlier presser, but didn't say anything about Ball St. I am sure we will be prepared, but I am sure it was an all-nighter for the staff.

I'm guessing Easley was working on the Ball State scouting report, then. I'm not too worried about the prep: the players will get a complete scouting report today one way or another.

Does anyone down in Kentucky know if tickets are still available from the box office? I assume that Tennessee fans purchased second round tickets in advance, so I'm sure seats will be available, but worry that tickets might not be. Anyway, I'm planning on making the roadtrip tomorrow and was wondering what those of you at the scene have heard. I'll make sure to call the ticket office before leaving.

Attendance yesterday was only around 3900. It was the highest attendance for a subregional without a host school, but nowhere near a sellout -- arena holds around 8000 iirc. Tickets shouldn't be an issue.

I just arrived in Bowling Green. My dad and I got a wild hair and decided to drive from Ames today. Not the worst road trip ever--about 9ish hours. Can't wait for the game! Feel free to wake up early and join us!

I'll be joining you tomorrow! Making the three and a half hour drive across Ohio to pick up a friend, and then we're driving down to Kentucky to watch the game! I don't think the two of us have gone to a game together since Janel Grimm and Jayme Olson were leading the team. Hopefully a lot of other Cyclone fans can join us and make it a great atmosphere!

Has anyone else had trouble picking matches on Cybookie this year? I'm currently standing at #3 on the Women's March Madness pool, but haven't won a bet yet in the tournament (0-6).

Kelly Packard, the Ball State coach is a really good friend of my Aunt's. Sort of a protege of hers.

It was interesting to watch her transform during the Tenn game. Very much like Floyd. She was good looking, young looking, neat and bright eyed... during the last TV timeout, she looked a mess; hair was strung out, eyes looked bagged and wided eyed and aged a couple of years. Biggest win in her life... and she lived it!

Anyhoo... the game is still on for 8:30 central, correct?
