*** Official #16 IOWA STATE vs #15 Arizona State Big 12 Championship Game(Day) Thread ***

Insistence on using Sama over Hansen.

Insistence on having a 50/50 run/pass split regardless of the opponent’s strengths.

Insistence on continuing to go three down linemen.

Insistence of not sending blitz pressure 90% of the time and being ok with said three down linemen getting zero pressure.

This staff needs to be held accountable for not correcting correctable issues.
Who holds them accountable?

When your RB gets 7 yards to set up. 3rd and short, you are going to get beat alot

Getting embarrassed now. Our best season in school history and we are going to get linked like this on our final game? What the ****… Hansen is our future back and we should be looking for a back up for him. Maybe Abu will turn out to be ok, but I’m not willing to take that gamble.

Come on man. That was a 4-3 Oregon team that lost to Oregon State and Cal. Oregon was both of those 2 teams only win in 2020.

I didn't say it was against some great team.

The poster asked about when ISU has been dominant in this type of game.

The other three (today, Alamo Bowl, '20 Big 12 title game) that come to mind have similar themes.

They are just bigger and stronger than us across the board. Just a total mismatch of talent.
