to Will Woodruff for bringing the bus to the tailgate on Friday and for supplying the food at the party. Will is a great friend of the program and always steps up whenever he is asked to help us out.

Of course, a shoutout and a thank you to Matt and Ian from West O for bringing the Blood Round merch and beer to the tailgate. I was glad that Coach Dresser was able to recognize Matt in front of the Johnny's crowd on Friday, because Matt and the West O team made this thing happen. Johnny's ran dry of Blood Round on Friday and it seemed to be a hit. Good job Cyclone wrestling fans.

I also need to thank @CyCity and @stuclone for helping the Cardinal and Gold Collective out with tickets and Johnny passes. We had some VIP's from out west in town that wanted to get involved with the Cardinal and Gold Collective and Iowa State wrestling, and CyCity and Stu helped us out big time. Thanks again my friends.

And now for a shameless plea for help. If you have some tickets or Johnny passes that you won't be using for any upcoming meets, the Cardinal and Gold Collective can certainly put them to good use, as we always are having potential friends of the collective/program to town. We can use the help in showing these donors the full ISU wrestling experience and could really benefit from your generosity in sending any extra tickets or Johnny passes to the Cardinal and Gold Collective.

We are putting some plans together this morning to get another tailgate for the Navy dual. There will be some big-time visitors on campus to check out the program and hopefully decide that ISU is the place they should be at to continue their education and wrestling career.

If we are able to get all of our ducks in a row for this tailgate, please consider stopping by and showing out to these visitors how much support there is amongst the fan base for Cyclone wrestling. I really want this Forrest to be able to see all the trees.

That was really an awful way of putting that, but hopefully those that follow recruiting will understand.

I need to once again thank both Will Woodruff and Stumpy for having the bus and trailer there for our Navy tailgate. It was a lot of fun and hopefully we can do it again after Christmas.

@stuclone for doing what you do and helping me out with seating arrangements, thanks brother, it's much appreciated.

West O, Matt and Ian, for having plenty of Blood Round on hand, both at the tailgate and at Johnny's and Sheman too!! Thank you, West O, for all that you do.

@ISU22CY, @fcclone, @Stevetasker and @Cytasticlone and I'm sure I'm forgetting somebody else, for being so generous in helping the Cardinal and Gold Collective meet the ticket demands for the Navy dual. The support of the wrestling community for what we are trying to accomplish has just been overwhelming, thanks again.

Hopefully it made an impression on some visitors ;)
Also stopped at Clear Lake Liquor and seen they had Blood Round so bought some to take up to the wedding and share with some people. Huge compliments to West O on making a damn good beer according to everyone that enjoyed them.

I had really good reports from Bird and the Humboldt crowd Saturday morning on how Blood Round is going in that community.
