It's been a while since we've played and even longer since we played consistently, but I know I'd always look at potential mafia on mafia votes starting from Day 1. I've decided that I'm not going to do that today because it's too easy to guess incorrectly (I guess that's the game of mafia) so I'm going to look elsewhere.
I'm ignoring cyfan's shenanigans for now. That would be a pretty bold move for Day 1 as mafia.
I'll throw my vote on Sara as she had a somewhat late vote (5:15 pm) for someone who had zero votes and could have been avoiding the stuff at the top. Just trying to get more names into the ring.

It's been awhile since I played mafia but voting late to save a fellow mafia on day 1 isn't really a thing mafia tend to do, in fact I would expect them to do the opposite and vote for mafia.
In lawman's favor is the fact that CyMe put the second vote on him early in the day and I'm not sure a mafia member would put another mafia member among the top vote getters early on day 1.

Ok, what is the discussion purpose? If he hadn't already voted, I could see him placing a vote on a fellow mafia but if he was mafia he had nothing to lose by just letting the votes play out (unless you think all of the top vote getters were mafia)
Farnsy is a ballsy mafia player but that move is crazy if he's mafia.
Practically telling everyone you're mafia!First day there is rarely anything to go on, so yeah - we shoot from the hip. Now comes the more interesting voting. Notice voting patterns, Read the theories others put out there. Ask questions. Throw out your own theories, good, bad, or ugly. And remember to VOTE.
There is generally a ratio of 1 mafia to every 5-6 innocents and innocent adjacents (like the vigilante). So we can kind of expect anywhere from 5-7 mafia.
Innos vastly outnumber the mafia, but the mafia have the advantage of knowing their group and being able to communicate and strategize through PM's during the game. Innos are stumbling around in the dark...but every now and again they get lucky...like hitting a mafia member on the first night.
Expect a lot of guff from the experienced players. Take it in stride. And now I will have a HUGE target on my back for being nice to you, so do me a favor & don't vote for me!

What discussion? I would think people would look at you! look at the later (probably after 11am) for 2nd or 3rd votes to put other ones up the list with CyMe, so tried to keep him.
I'm thinking Psy is probably mafia too.
CyFan13 and Psy mafia. I think 80% is Psy, 65% CyFan.
I think in general mafia doesn’t make a ton of moves early on to keep themselves safe (selfish ass holes)
I want to vote Lawman because he’s annoying as ****, but Clark’s defense makes sense.
