Personal Best

I just successfully performed a suitcase squat of 310lb, 3 times, at the ripe 'ol age of 51 to earn a sweet Army T-shirt at the Iowa State Fair, so.....

WINNING

(I may have herniated something in the process)

Over acheiver.

Maybe curling.
I was so disappointed when the boys from Duluth won the gold and didn't pull out a cooler from under the bench and crack a cold one. They missed the endorsement opportunity of their life times.

I am probably way underestimating how hard curling is based on the fact that all those dudes look like every assistant 7th grade football coach in the country.

Even staying in that pose on ice looks daunting.

Like a lot of things it's probably fairly easy to play it, but being or getting really good are different stories.

I can go out and shoot baskets very easily.

Even in my 'prime' (an age when I could change directions running without hurting myself) put me vs. even DIII level players and it's a struggle.

I was top 10 in the world for a brief time at an arcade game called Quick & Crash. Now I don't even think I'm top 50 as it's grown in popularity for speed running.

If you ever see it in an arcade, give it a try it's really fun.

Here's the world record video. The object is basically take the gun out of the holster and hit the targets in each of the 4 stages as quick as possible.

if I was given high level training from high school, maybe I could’ve been one of those white sprinters that gets smoked in the first round. But only if I was in a country with poor sprinters and gets an auto qualifier by being the host country.

But realistically some of the times from some guys could probably be hit by thousands of American sprinters.
