EA Sports NCAA Football game

Played on Varsity and it was way too easy, switched to All American and passing is definitely a lot harder. Defense is pretty hard in general, feel like tackling is not as automatic as in Madden. Haven't had a single penalty called in 3 games which seems bad but no one plays sports games for that aspect anyways.

I changed the week 1 game to new Mexico for a but more of a challenge. The defense forced 4 turnovers, I won 31-17, they got a garage td late. When they didn't turn the ball over, they torched me. Defense is tough.

Abu and Brahmer were my studs, each scored twice. BB is a stud.

I played in Heisman, the actually called a defense pi on the CPU, I think I had 3 penalties called.

I played a half of a game so far. I am majorly out of practice when it comes to sports games, I jumped into AA difficulty and got schooled. Even Varsity was a little tough.

I know they’re missing a bunch of the fun stuff unique to JTS, but I feel like the audio design for the crowd/stadium got a major upgrade from NCAA ‘14. Sound is a major component of the Gameday experience for me and they just nailed the feeling of a big time college game.

Not sure if this translates down to the lower capacity stadiums at all. JTS was always kind of “average” when it came to stadium pulse in the old NCAA games and I haven’t seen any examples yet of gameplay footage from a stadium that WASN’T rocking on key downs. So I’ll be a little disappointed if there wasn’t at least some separation between stadium sound levels depending on the school and attendance.

I had two roughing the kicker penalties, one on each team, in the CyHawk game.

I think Slot Fades might be the best play, I’ve ran it twice and Isaiah Alston scored deep touchdowns both plays

It’s a teaser for their next venture into NCAA BBall.

They’ve got the future version of CyTown as well as the future renovation to Hilton. I’m sure they got the schematics from the ISU athletic department, they’re just trying to prevent having to redo the background elements for future iterations of the game.

Helen Keller could kick field goals better than me holy fk that’s hard

Definitely takes some getting used to. Jumped in on All American, played Iowa at JTS and threw 5 picks and got beat by 20. Bounced back beating Kansas though, still threw 2 picks though. The only thing I hope is added to JTS is a cyclone power chant
I started on AA too and was getting **** stomped.

AI is def better than past games.

Started a dynasty with ISU tonight on AA 7 minute quarters. After smoking FCS NW like 75-20 I thought about bumping it up to Heisman but glad I didn’t as going into Kinnick was a grind and a half. Up 10-3 at half, then it was 10-10 going into the 4th (a little too realistic of a CyHawk game). Got a TD midway through the 4th and then McNamara crapped his pants and fumbled on a sack. Scored a couple plays later, then called a timeout to get the ball back with a couple seconds left. Scored on a trick play as time expired to win 30-10. Coach Ferentz was heard yelling “******* CLASSLESS” over and over as him and first year head coach Cyfan13 had to be separated at midfield during their postgame handshake
