That prolonged roll of thunder was something else. Still in the air too.

If there was a tornado, it just missed us to the west, southwest.

Wow. What part of town was that?

I live in Johnston but only got ~5 minutes of rain. Tons of cracking thunder though.

The lightning in the Cedar Rapids area is still crazy! And BRIGHT! Joe Winters said something like "10,000 bolts in a 15 minute span"...could that be right? I believe anything Joe Winters says regarding weather...questioning if I heard that right?
