Trying not to derail the thread - but if someone I know is planning to visit Yosemite and King's Canyon this year, I should tell them to avoid staying in Fresno? Maybe get a nice airbnb in one of the smaller towns?
My niece got married in Fresno last year. We stayed at both a bnb near Springingville and at a hotel in Fresno. I think I'd opt for a bnb next time, but Fresno was fine IMO. Flying out of Bakersfield felt like a trip back in time, though.

I saw Cedar Rapids pop up on Twitter today & I was surprised.
For my money Fort Dodge, Council Bluffs, Keokuk, Burlington are all worse.

What other cities would you pick? Discuss

Guess I would want to know the source. Sounds like one of those click bait deals on MSN news. It probably says CR if you like in that area and Fort Dodge if you live in central Iowa!

Tough time believing Edina is the worst place in Minnesota.

5 pages in and no one mentions Waterloo. Either they’ve really improved or the rest of the state has gone to ****. I personally believe it’s a bit of both, but kudos to their city management. 5-10 years ago they would’ve topped this list.
